Did: 6.78mi double stroller walk
Had to make 10KTuesday happen, so I walked my older kiddo to/from daycare with the double today.
Wednesday
Did: 30min strength workout plus 4.05mi stroller walk

Did: 4.60mi run/walk (1.52mi run @ 9:07/mi avg)
Woo, I'm back to running a little bit. Took today's family outing and enjoyed a few 400m and 800m runs just to see how my body handled it. So far, so good.

Week-ending Thoughts:
- Hell yeah. I just logged a 30mi week.
- Achilles is still a semi-issue. It hasn't gotten any worse, but hasn't gotten much better. It doesn't hurt when I'm active; taping it feels better; and the only issue is some soreness when I press on it at the insertion point. Guess I'll just kind of keep on keeping on since I'm kind of unwilling to not to anything and try giving it complete rest... :P
