Wednesday
Did: 3.5mi double stroller walk, Strides 360 (2.17mi total stroller run @ 7:50/mi avg), 3.5mi double stroller walk
I'm loving this part-time work thing. Lots of time with my babies today, walking the older one to/from school, and then doing Strides360 at the river with the littlest. Strides360 is the higher intensity Fit4Mom class, with 4 circuits that each encompass a 4min ONB run, then 2min SAQ drill/1min recovery(in the from of strength exercise). I looooved going fast today on the flat riverside path, hitting some sub-8 paces for the first time since... um... March?

Thursday
Did: 3.5mi double stroller walk, Stroller Strides (1.06mi stroller run @ 9:53/mi avg)
Oh yeah. I definitely ran hard yesterday. Legs are sore today... but my back's feeling better. Enjoyed a walk to shake out my muscles, and a fun Strides class that involved mostly upper body weight exercises.
Friday
Did: 1mi treadmill walk, 20min yoga
Had no accountability partners this morning, so I swapped my planned run for some "active recovery" to shake out from Wednesdays fast running.
Saturday
Did: 7mi @ 10:11/mi avg, Big 5
Early morning rain run with a teammate. Felt good.
Sunday
Did: 3.19mi stroller run @ 9:49/mi
Took it easy with "only" a 5K today.
Total Weekly Mileage: 19.72
Week-ending Thoughts:
Ugh. I hope I"m not getting sick again...
