So, things have been busy and keeping up with this blog fell to the bottom of the list.
I've dropped a lot of weight lifting this summer in favor of... I don't even know. I guess I've had more time home with the fam and that's made me less productive on a workout front.
I've kept consistent, though and even executed a 10x10K challenge while my training partner was traveling. Peachtree went usurpingly well (race report coming... maybe.... but, if I don't get around to it, I hit 50:51 which was my second fastest Ptree ever and a total shock). Now I'm about to start marathon training for a race I'm not even doing. Haha. Perks of having a motivated training partner?
