2024 Wrap-up

What My 2024 Goals Were:

  • keep 30mpw on average
  • go through at least 2, preferably 3, training cycles 
  • 10 push-ups daily 

  • What Actually Happened:
    • Weekly Average: 27.1
    • don't know that I completed any training cycles, but participated in a half marathon one and marathon one, and also kept semi-consistent weight lifting via LIIFT4, ChopWoodCarryWater, MBF, and LIIFTMore
    • Did 10 push-ups on 128 days of the year 

    Other Accomplishments I'm Proud Of:
    • a 50;47 Peachtree without really "going hard" for it
    • said "no" to things
    • 6:48 TT mile in December

    By the Numbers:
    • 1414.48mi run
    • 233:40:47 total time run 
    • 9:55/mi average pace for the year 
    • 31 days affected by injury and illness
    • 4 races. 0 PRs 
    • 66 lifting workouts 

    Looking to Next Year, Goals:
    • keep consistent with running and working out
    • Spring: mile training cycle
    • 5K or Half training later on
