What Actually Happened:
- Weekly Average: 27.1
- don't know that I completed any training cycles, but participated in a half marathon one and marathon one, and also kept semi-consistent weight lifting via LIIFT4, ChopWoodCarryWater, MBF, and LIIFTMore
- Did 10 push-ups on 128 days of the year
Other Accomplishments I'm Proud Of:
- a 50;47 Peachtree without really "going hard" for it
- said "no" to things
- 6:48 TT mile in December
