Did: 2mi @ 9:23/mi avg, Big 5, bootcamp, ~2mi lunch walk

followed up with 2x20 touchdowns, 15 something... um... push-ups?, 20 leg raise with hip lift and 2 fence runs (~400m)

enjoyed a foggy 2mi lunch walk to break up the work day
Tuesday
Did: 6.33mi @ 9:01/mi avg,
Felt pretty sluggish to start today's #10KTuesday, but ended up finishing with a strong kick up THE HILL. :D
Forgot to Big 5. That's two missed for the year...

Wednesday
Did: 2mi @ 9:14/mi, Big 5, bootcamp
2mi solo in the pouring rain made me feel totally badass this morning. Fit in my Big 5 before bootcamp. This was probably the first bootcamp workout I've ever really disliked, though I can't put my finger on just why. Glad to be done with it. :P
Thursday
Did: 3.0 @ 9:22/mi, Big 5
In hindsight, today probably would have made a good "rest day". Flying out for a work day trip + not really having much time off from working out the past week+ = good reason to rest. Oops.
Friday
Did: 12.03 @ 9:25/mi, Big 5
My teammates are the best. I'm traveling out of town this weekend and didn't want to have to run 12 solo, so they got up at 3:XX in the morning to meet me at 4am and run 12 miles before a full day of work. <3 <3 <3

It's 3:45, and I'm going running?
It was one of the most enjoyable runs I've ever had, and a much-needed way to start a pretty stressful and FULL workday.
Saturday
Did: sweet, glorious rest day :)
Hung with family. Got barely 3000 steps in for the day. It was awesome.
Sunday
Did: DIY bootcamp, 1.5mi stroller walk, 1.6mi stroller run @ 9:23/mi avg
Rest day was great, but it really left me craving exercise today. I did a quick "at-home" bootcamp routine in the morning.

skipped the loop run in favor of 3x10 "potato thrusters" also had 34lb kid on my back for the planks
Enjoyed a 1.5mi stroller walk with my family around their hilly neighborhood, and finished off with a short stroller run by the river. Solid Sunday.
Total Mileage for the Week: 27.55mi
Week-ending Thoughts:
- had enough left foot soreness that I'm unwilling to do any speedwork next week, but still grateful to be able to run easy without trouble; need to re-commit to doing some calf stretches 3x day... which will require an alarm or something
- feeling pretty good about my continued nutrition; I broke my Starbucks sobriety last week (conscious decision to celebrate 50 days with a flat white), and was actually disappointed by how little I enjoyed my drink. I've truly come to prefer the taste of my homemade ones! What a win!
- kind of a in a bit of a running funk; without speedwork, I still feel pretty aimless (despite the high mileage)
