Well, it's Sunday, so who knows what I was thinking on Monday...
Monday
Did: slept
fatigued, headache
Tuesday
Did: 6.22mi walk
Wednesday
Did: 3.57mi stroller run @ 9:33/mi avg
This is probably my fastest run in a really long time. So sad :(
Thursday
Did: yoga, 28k steps
Friday
Did: 5.03mi @ 9:24/mi avg
still headache-y and tired, but getting it done
Saturday
Did: 10.76mi @ 9:50/mi avg
Wasn't sure how this was going to go. Felt tired, headache-y, and doubted I should be running at around 2mi in. .
Sunday
Did: 4.03mi stroller run @ 9:38/mi avg, LIIFT4 W6 Chest
Total Weekly Mileage: 23.4

So much for having a "solid two week ramp up" into this mile training thing. Guess I'll still start the plan next week but really do a "see how it goes" approach...
