The longest I've had between relapses is 13 days since April. Decided to see if I felt "better" without running for a few weeks, because I'm terrified of relapsing during a period of life where I can't relapse (i.e. single parenting and kid starting school).
This week was a lot of anxiety and depression, with naps on the days where I wasn't working. Not sure if it was a net positive...
