Week-Beginning Thoughts:
Whoops, it's Sunday...
Monday
Scheduled: yoga
Did: 10min AM yoga
Tuesday
Scheduled: 10KTuesday
Did: 6.3mi @ 9:55/mi avg
Sleeping well and finally starting to feel GOOD- not just OK, but GOOD.
Wednesday

Did: 45min walk, 30min lift, 15min yoga
Swapped rest days and enjoyed a brisk walk, YouTube LIIFT video, and some yoga while dealing with Day 4 of a broken fridge/freezer
Thursday
Scheduled: 4-5mi
Did: 2mi WU, 6x400/400, CD = 5.9mi @ 9:41/mi avg
Wasn't planning on a full workout, but TP had 8x400, so I did a handful of them. Enjoyed running faster again: 2:09, 2:07, 2:08, 2:08, 2:04, 1:58
Friday
Scheduled: nada
Did: 2x1.4ish mi = 2.84mi @ 9:29/mi avg
Ran to and from an event today with my husband (hence the faster than usual pace). :)
Saturday
Scheduled: 10-13.1mi easy
Did: 3.12mi on treadmill @ 9:50/mi avg
Thunderstorms between 5-7am had our Saturday crew texting at 4:30am about whether to chance it or not. We opted against starting a run we probably couldn't finish, and bumped to tomorrow intsead. Feeling like a bum, I got on the 'mill and knocked out a 5K while my kids played.
Sunday
Scheduled: easy 5K, yoga
Did: 13.4mi @ 9:57/mi avg
Oh, this run felt SO good. Temps in the high 50s, brisk weather, and just SO much joy. I haven't had a run that felt this great in awhile-- not just weather, but physically so good. Grateful.
Total Weekly Mileage: 31.5
Week-ending Thoughts:
- Week 2 on the Noom wagon, and while my weight is still kinda more or less where it was, I'm noticing that I feel better. I'm sleeping SO much better for one, but also just ambiently feeling better. I'm really proud of the progress I've made. Keeping a green diet has NOT been easy without a fridge. I've had to make a lot of trips to the store and make deliberate choices every day to not just "order takeout" or "eat a PB&J" and tell myself 'it's my only option" since I'm fridge-less. Also super proud that, when we went out to ice cream as a family, I ended up giving my son half of mine because I realized I just wasn't hungry for it and was only going to finsih it out of habit, not hunger. Small wins.
