Week 7. Despite running pretty much every day for the past two months, sticking to my calorie intake, and nailing my LIIFT4 workouts, I'm a little nervous that I haven't done "enough" during this cycle to really see the results I want to see.
Monday
Did: 4mi @ 9:30/mi avg, LIIFT4, 2mi walk back from repair shop
Yessss! I finally got myself up and out the door before 5am. The first half mile sucked, but, after that, it was magical. I never regret getting up and getting it done.
Good thing, too, because the rest of my day SUCKED. Emergency trip to the vet + car not starting when I tried to leave the vet + calling a tow truck + dealing with car repairs = really glad I'd run.

Tuesday
Did: LIIFT4, 6.23mi
Clearly, I didn't learn my lesson yesterday. Returned to bed after myalarm baby went off at 3:30am, and didn't run in the morning. Got up and got my lifting in, but then had to wait until later in the day for 10KTuesday... ran 4mi down to the river then 2mi up to the repair shop to get my car. Weee.

Wednesday
Did: Yoga, 2mi run @ 8:52/mi avg
Enjoyed a nice, tranquil bit of yoga (with my cat, lol) before anyone else in the house got up... then finished with a fun, fast-ish few miles just after sunrise.

Thursday
Did: LIIFT4, 4mi sunrise run @ 9:14/mi avg
Arms/shoulders day during LIIFT4, and then a nice run as the sun was rising outside.

Friday
Did: LIIFT4, 4mi @ 8:48/mi avg
Ugh. LIIFT4 was an all-HIIT day. Blergh. I'm so glad there's not much of that in this program. Got through it, and treated myself to another sunrise run.

Saturday
Did: 10.02mi family run @ 9:36/mi avg, yoga
Another morning with my family on the greenway. Had some right hip soreness post-run. Definitely not going to attempt the Yeti 24hr challenge next weekend. (I'd loosely considered this after one friend did it and another expressed interest)

Did:4.52mi with stroller @ 9:17/mi avg, 10min yoga
PERFECT weather for a nice riverside run with my littlest, followed by 10min of yoga at home. Hooray, running.
