Oh, look, another week.
Monday
Did: LIIFT4, 3mi treadmill desk walk
Got up and right to work this morning-- real work, not workout work. It was kind of nice to have gotten through 3.5 productive hours of work before 8:30am!!! Treated myself to my LIIFT4 workout (LAST Monday. LAST chest/back day. Crazy!!!) before my 10am meeting, and tried to really push hard and lift heavy.
Then ate too much and had to go for a walk to earn enough calories back for dinner. :P

Tuesday
Did: 10KTuesday @ 9:19/mi avg
Got my 10KT in first thing in the morning today. I'd hoped to see the tail end of the meteor shower, but no such luck. Pace was a bit faster today, owing to my need to be showered by 6am for a curbside pickup and some GI troubles.
...and did my third-to-last LIIFT4 workout of the program later in the afternoon. It was hot (even indoors with the fan on), and hard, but I'm pretty proud for pushing through all my reps with my heaviest weights.

Wednesday
Did: 4.23mi stroller run @ 9:45/mi avg plus 3.5mi walk
Morning run with my sweet potato, to read to "Little Tree". Followed it up with a 5K+ walk while my car was getting new tires.
Thursday
Did: 5.01mi double stroller run @ 9:24/mi avg, LIIFT4
Took the munchkins to the river.... and had to detour due to a fallen tree across the road + path. Ugh. It wasn't the run I'd wanted, but we got it done... and then rocked out the last lifting session of LIIFT4.
Friday
Did: 2.23mi run, LIIFT4
Last LIIFT4 session was a full-body HIIT workout. Uggggghhh, such a doozy! Still, I've felt so good doing all of these workouts, and it's been fun to be "part of the team" since the same athletes are working out "alongside us" each video. ;)
Saturday
Did: 10.XX mi run @ 9:34/mi avg, 0.62mi walk
Not really sure how far I ran today, since my watch was about a quarter mile shorter than my husband's at the end of our run. I ran somewhere between 10.2 and 10.4mi, though, and felt pretty good throughout. I did have a weird groin soreness/pain for a bit after the run, similar to post-partum and pregnant aches, but it went away quickly. Went out later in the day for a walk to cheer on a teammate who was doing a virtual Ultra. All in all, a good day.
Sunday
Did: 3.32mi @ 9:43/mi avg (maybe? watch is being funky)
My husband treated me to a morning of sleeping in followed by a solo run at the river while he manned the children. :) Happy Mothers Day to me!
