(not my) Marathon Training: Week 16/18

Week-beginning Thoughts:

Ugh.


Monday
Scheduled: Rest day
Did: nothing
Laid in bed fatigued all day. Got influenza and COVID tests (negative). 


Tuesday
Scheduled: a really cool track workout
Did: nothing
Another day of laying in bed. This sucks. 
Got flu/covid tests... negative.


Wednesday
Scheduled: 4-6mi easy
Did: nothing


Thursday
Scheduled: 5-7mi solid
Did: 2.5mi walk


Friday
Scheduled: 4-6mi easy
Did: 1mi @ 9:12/mi, 2.5mi walk
Ran a mile, walked some. Felt sick/sniffle-y in evening


Saturday
Scheduled: 2mi WU, 12-15mi @ MP, 2mi CD
Did: Marathon PR 4:03:46
Pretty sick for rest of the day with congestion.


Sunday
Scheduled: rest
Did: a few miles of easy biking with my oldest





Total Weekly Mileage: 27.2
