LIIFT4: Week 3/6

Monday
Did: 1hr walk, LIIFT4 Week 3: Chest/Triceps


Tuesday
Did:  6.33mi @ 9:40/mi avg, 1mi walk, LIIFT4 Week 3- Back/Biceps


Wednesday
Did: 33min walk, LIIFT4 Week 3- Shoulders


Thursday
Did: 1.5mi WU, 7x400m @ 5K pace/200m, 1.3mi CD = 5.63mi @ 9:25/mi avg
Mmm, it's nice to be back at the track. It was strange to be running these 400s "only" at 5K pace. My TP was going for 1:50s (7:30/mi). I figured my 5K PR is around a 7:16/mi, so I should be running closer to 1:48. 

The 1:48s actually felt very controlled and not "easy", but easy to manage. It wasn't until #5 that I was feeling much of anything, so I opted to do 7 (prescribed workout was 6-8).

Friday
Did:  LIIFT4 Week 3 Legs, 4mi walk


Saturday
Did:  3.25mi with stroller @ 9:43/mi avg
Felt kind maybe sick yesterday, so I slept in today. Felt fine enough throughout the morning and littlest one asked for a run, so I pushed him. :)



Sunday
Did: nada



Total Weekly Mileage: 15.19
