Week-beginning:
Happy Halloween! Headed to Chicago this week for the NCSEA Summit and hoping I can still do my usual Summit Run Club...
Monday
Did: 2+ mi walk while trick-or-treating
Tuesday
Did: 3x1.5mi walks in airport, around town in Chicago
Wed
Did: 3.42mi @ 10:03/mi avg
Summit Run Club through Grant Park. I was a little nervous about running faster than I had before, but enjoyed being back with friends on familiar paths.
Thurs
Did: 5.18mi @ 10:46/mi avg
Slower run with a different group, but I didn't feel like I wanted to go any faster.
Friday
Did: 3.45mi @ 10:20/mi avg
Run club with a different group of people. Still felt like this was a great pace for me. Had a loooong night in the airport with delays and didn't get home until nearly 11pm.
Saturday
Did: LIIFT4 W3D3
Felt a bit sick today (exhausted), but napped in the afternoon and felt okay enough by evening.
Sunday
Did: 30min yoga, LIIFT4 W3D4
Family pictures in the morning = didn't want to do anything that would require a heavy shower. Yoga pre-photos, and then a HIIT workout for my legs in the afternoon/evening.
Weekly Mileage: 12.1
Week-end Thoughts:
SO happy to have been able to run so many days back-to-back this week on top of full conference proceedings and travel. I think I'm healed :D
