Solo with the little one this week... had thoughts of doing a 5K a day on the treadmill, we'll see how that goes?
Monday

Well, our basement is in "restoration mode" thanks to a burst water heater after a water main break, so treadmill isn't going to happen... Got this run done between work and pick-up.
Tuesday
Scheduled: 5K
Did: 15min lifting and chorus
Felt pretty good to get chorus in today, with my little one!
Wednesday
Scheduled: 5K
Did: 8.21mi @ 10:21/mi avg with stroller
Took advantage of my off day to do a long run with the stroller, but my planned route was under construction so I had to detour up this monster:
Thursday
Scheduled: 5K
Did: 30min walk
Really proud of getting SOMETHING in today.
Friday
Scheduled: 5K
Did: 5.01mi @ 9:36/mi avg
Got a run in this morning with pick-ups for the last tenth of each mile.
Saturday
Scheduled: long run
Did: 3.11mi @ 9:54/mi avg on treadmill, LIIFTMore sample workout
Well, so much for my great plan of a long run on Saturday morning... 40 degrees, 11mph winds, and ran = no go. I got in some lifting and a 'mill 5K instead, though. Good enough?
Sunday
Scheduled: 5K with stroller
Did: 10.02mi @ 9:47/mi avg
Kids didn't want to come with today, preferring to play with each other instead after a week apart. Hubby and I split the afternoon and each got a nice run in. Hilly route for me, but really nice and calming/centering time to myself down to the river and back.
Total Weekly Mileage: 30.4
