Week-Beginning Thoughts:
Not sure what I'm going to do this week. I kinda wanna push myself a bit to see if it's worth signing up for a 3/9 race, but I've been feeling just a little "off" the past few days.
Monday
Plan: rest/yoga
Did: 3.2mi @ 9:52/mi avg, Zoo walk
Felt alright on this run, but it got a bit harder at the end and I saw a HR in the 190s, so I'm not sure what's up...
Tuesday
Plan: 10KT easy, push last 2
Did: 4.22mi @ 8:53/mi avg + 2.02mi with stroller @ 10:27/mi avg
Woke up to my 10KTuesday alarm with a headache and decided to skip the group run this morning. Felt better throughout the day and opted to make the hashtag happen between work, kids, and chorus. I got a nice solo 4+ in before grabbing a kiddo and doing some stroller miles on the greenway.
Wednesday
Plan: LIIFTMore
Did: LIIFTMore and 4.03mi @ 8:56/m avg
Afternoon run = so much faster than AM...
Thursday
Plan: I don't think I really had one
Did: random triceps lifting during Jeopardy!
It's hard to run without a training partner in town. Opted to sleep in after a late night out for work and that was good.
Friday
Plan: 4-5mi easy
Did: LIIFTMore Back/Triceps + 2.07mi @ 8:48/mi avg

Morning lifting followed by a quick run. I think I run SO much faster after my legs have been warmed up through the day or by lifting early...
Saturday

Slept in after a date night, did a workout with my husband, then had 8 hours of show chorus rehearsal.
Sunday
Plan: solid effort 5.5 with stroller
Did: 5.25mi @ 10:00/mi avg with stroller
Woke up after a not great night of sleep and finally got out for some mileage with my littlest in the stroller (hasn't happened in FOREVER). It wasn't a super fast run, but it was fun despite the gravel trail.
Total Weekly Mileage: 20.79 (not bad for being solo most of it)
Week-Ending Thoughts:
I'm struggling hard with trying to do too much and having the things I care about happen at the same times... Definitely not interested in a hard 5K next weekend.
