Ran with my oldest before soccer = such a joy. Then I made myself keep going around the field while practice was happening.
Tuesday
Did: WU, 4x200/200, 4min recovery, 4x200/200, CD = 6.3mi @ 9:52/mi avg
Wednesday
Did: LIIFTMore Chest/Back, 3mi walk
Thursday
Did: WU, 2x10min "comfortably uncomfortable"/3min, 8min threshold/3min, CD = 6.54mi @ 9:19/mi avg

Solo pre-dawn.

Easy mileage.

Felt good. Did a hard mile solo run (7:51).
