Week-Beginning Thoughts:
So, fun fact: "weak intrinsic foot muscles" is actually medical speak for "flat foot". If you look at both my feet, it's obvious that the right one's arch has fallen a bit. This means all my PT is going to be focused on re-strengthening that muscle. Weeeeee.

Felt kinda sick today and just chilled.
Tuesday
Scheduled: 10KTuesday
Did: 6.3mi @ 9:31/mi avg
Pushed the last mile, trying to get into my arch so we'd have a better idea of trigger points for tomorrow's PT session
Wednesday
Scheduled: 3mi easy
Did: PT, 45min walk
I think I had like 8 needles in my calf today. Ugh. it's obvious that I've got weak ankle mobility too, likely due to the tight calves. So much to work on!
Thursday
Scheduled: 1mi WU, 4x800/400, 1mi CD
Did: 5.09mi easy @ 9:29/mi avg, 1mi @ 9:29/mi
Still not doing any speedwork, but felt happy to have mileage.
Super stressed in the evening and ran a "calming mile". Well, attempted it. Didn't work out too well.
Friday
Scheduled: oops- never finished writing my plan! nothing on this date
Did: Walked 10min at work, 1hr at home
Saturday
Scheduled: half
Did: 13.15mi @ 9:46/mi avg
Lord, how did I ever think 13 wasn't a long run? Lots of thoughts and feelings on this morning's half marathon. I can't believe what I used to be capable of as a new mom almost a decade ago compared to what I do these days...
Sunday
Scheduled: 5mi easy
Did: 5.84mi @ 9:30/mi avg
Enjoyed a little speed play with the stroller this morning. 4x400m (8:30-9:00/mi), with a 1mi @ 8:39 to close it out. This felt harder than I thought it should but not in my arch.
