Woke up with a headache (last night was the first time I'd had alcohol in awhile). Paired with a FB notification that someone from chorus had tested positive for COVID the day after our rehearsal, I was a bit stressed/PTSD this morning. Figured I would go anyways since I had felt fine the psat few days (unlike last time I got COVID from chorus).
So glad I did. I loved this run. PERFECT weather, and felt great.
Had a headache lingering the rest of the day, but decided it was probably just mental.

Slept for 10 hours and woke up kinda blergh, but wanted to close out 30mpw. Rain cramped my style, but I got a run in before my chorus show.
